Renting an Apartment at Brandywine
Simply fill out one of the applications you can select at the bottom of this page. If you're a student, fill out the student application. We'll also need a cosigner filled out and notarized. If you're a non-student, fill out the non-student application.

Please note that filling out an application does not guarantee acceptance. Rentals are not confirmed until Brandwine receives the signed lease agreement and the required deposit.
